The cold chain is a trust problem, not only a temperature problem

It is tempting to read the cold chain as a hardware question. Add sensors, log temperatures, and the problem looks solved. The data improves, but the losses often do not.

Sensors tell you when the chain broke. They rarely tell you who is accountable for acting on it, or whether anyone is watching at the moment it matters. The gap is rarely the technology.

We map the chain as a sequence of handovers, each one a point where responsibility can be dropped. The work is to name who owns the temperature at every step and what they do when it slips.

Get the accountability right and the sensors finally earn their cost, because someone acts on what they report.
