RUSHD Perspectives

Short, sharp perspectives, posted on LinkedIn.

2026

Strategy without delivery is theatre.

A plan that no one owns through to the outcome is a performance, not a programme. The applause comes in the room where the deck is presented, and then nothing on the ground actually changes.

What changed on the ground is the only scorecard that counts, not what was presented in the room. That is why the team stays embedded after approval, through the months where the value is either created or quietly lost.
